for the Future
The Fort Nelson Heritage Museum is situated just west of the historic Mile 300 milepost on the world famous Alaska Highway
The museum buildings and grounds house a large collection of vehicles and equipment, including items from World War II when the Highway was being built.



Marl's Story
Marl Brown, the founder and curator
Marl is often the first one there in the morning and last to leave at night. The museum and everything in it is Marl's passion and life's work.
